We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor for our clients main dealer site in Crawley.
We are recruiting for a professional, well presented, confident and driven individual to work with the team on the front desk & workshop to hit and exceed targets. This is a position based on the front desk within a main dealership environment. This is a busy role with quality product which demands professionalism while dealing with high volumes of work.
The right individual must have previous motor trade experience (Either as a Service Advisor within a main dealership or someone who has worked as a bodyshop advisor).
You must have a proven history of delivering strong customer service while also making the most of an up sell opportunity. Whether you are from a large set up or small dealer, volume or prestige we will be interested in hearing from you.
