A rare opportunity has arisen for an articulate, hardworking Sales Support Administrator to support a busy and fast paced sales team, working for a reputable, established and successful company based in Mid Kent.
This role offers a route into becoming a National Account Manager and would suit a switched on, personable graduate.
The Role Will Involve:
* Providing general administrative support to the National Accounts team * Being the first point of contact for all in-coming calls * Delivering high level support to a range of Blue Chip Clients * Assisting with the planning and management of internal customer visits * Preparing and assisting with presentations for external customer visits * Producing quote sheets * Attending external customer visits (where appropriate and with training) * Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries * Inputting and updating the Company's order system
* Display excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) * Have an appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service (ideally from practical experience) * Be adept at working independently (as well as part of a team), using initiative where appropriate * Exhibit good attention to detail and organisation skills * Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT packages (Word, Power Point, Excel) * Be eager to learn from the team to enable progression * Ideally have a relevant degree at grade 2:1 or above
